Fredrick B. Feeney, II

Fredrick B. Feeney, II was born in Biloxi, Mississippi in 1958.  After receiving a bachelor of Science degree in 1980 from the University of Southern Mississippi, he attended Mississippi College School of Law, graduating with honors in 1983.  While there, he was managing editor of the Mississippi College Law Review.  Following graduation from law school, Fred served for one year as a legislative clerk to United States Senator, Thad Cochran in Washington, D. C.  He then served for two years as a law clerk to United States District Judge Tom Lee in Jackson, Mississippi.  In 1986, he moved back to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and joined the firm.   

Fred primarily practices in the litigation area, including personal injury defense, medical malpractice, products liability, bad faith and employment law.  He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, and the United States Supreme Court and also has an active mediation and arbitration practice.  

                                                                        

He is a member of the Harrison County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Fifth Circuit Bar Association,  the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Russell-Blass-Walker Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Fred has three daughters.  He and his wife Susan live in Long Beach, Mississippi  and attend St. Peters By-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Gulfport.  He is also active in a number of youth-related activities.
