Real estate

The firm provides representation in all facets of real estate practice, primarily focusing on commercial transactions including the formation of partnerships and other joint business ventures, and the acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate. These efforts would include projects such as shopping centers, office buildings, and other commercial developments.

Banking and financial institutions

Franke & Salloum, PLLC handles a number of legal transactions for, or involving, various financial institutions along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The firm also represents Mississippi’s largest bank in litigation in south Mississippi.

Bankruptcy

Primarily representing creditors, some of which are financial institutions, the firm has experience in this constantly-growing area of the law. With the United States Bankruptcy Court located in Gulfport, the firm is routinely called upon to handle matters in that Court on behalf of out-of-state clients.
